“It’s the little things that matter; they inspire us infinitely. Traditionally, in French couture training, apprentices would begin by carefully picking, sorting, and studying needles and buttons scattered across the atelier floor, learning their unique characteristics. A needle is not just a needle—every couture house has an array of them, from ballpoint, stretch, sharp, quilting, and leather needles to embroidery, beading, and even crochet needles. Likewise, buttons and measuring tapes, though seemingly simple, are indispensable. To honor their significance, I chose to craft them in precious gold, elevating their meaningful value,” shares HRH Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya.

Inspired by the atelier’s artistry of couture, Atelier transforms these fundamental tools into a breathtaking fine jewelry collection.
